Это все возможно, если пользователи будут создавать сами такие чаты. И публиковать их, например, в своих блогах. Тогда, позвонив этому пользователю вы сможете войти в чат. Скоро будет отдельная страница на сайте с перечнем всех публичных конференций идущих в данный момент.

хотелось бы ,что бы в взо были чаты организованные пользователями по интересам - нажал на кнопочку поиск чатов в сети и нашёл список на данный отрезок времени. выбирай и общайся!
