To start, you need to download the file: download video codec from TrueConf.
- Unpack the archive.
- Right-click on the file XCcodec.inf.
- Select "Install".
- Done!

Several Conferendo server will be disconnected for maintenance and upgrade today (NOV 16) from 01:00 to 05:00 GMT (Greenwich time).
Some functions, including login, will not be accessible for some users.
Call quality will be improved after upgrade.
